Stir fried mixed vegetables in chilli pepper sauce

Ingredients

Number of serving: 4
1 tablespoonssoy,

1 tablespoonschilli garlic sauce,

1 tablespoonsblack pepper sauce,

½ teaspoon red chilli flakes,

½ tablespoonshoney,

1/2 teaspoon sea salt,

1½ cups chopped vegetables ( baby corn, red, yellow & green capsicum),

1 cup paneer cut into 1" inch pieces and sauted into 1 teaspoon oil to brown it.

8-10 water chestnuts,

½ cup corn kernels,

8-10 basil leaves torn

6-7 garlic flakes crushed

1 large onion cut into large pieces

3-4 tablespoons vegetable oil

Preparation

  • Heat a wok, add the vegetable oil, add the crushed garlic , torn basil leaves and stir fry for a minute.
  • Now add the vegetables, corn kernels and stir fry on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the sauces and cook for another minute. Add the water chestnuts and paneer and mix well.
  • Cook for a minute. Turn off the heat and serve hot with naans or laccha parathas.
