- Heat a wok, add the vegetable oil, add the crushed garlic , torn basil leaves and stir fry for a minute.
- Now add the vegetables, corn kernels and stir fry on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the sauces and cook for another minute. Add the water chestnuts and paneer and mix well.
- Cook for a minute. Turn off the heat and serve hot with naans or laccha parathas.
