2 spring onions

Preparation

  • Frying the turkey mince. Heat up some fried ginger oil in a pot. Add the turkey mince and fry until fragrant.
  • Pour in some boiling water, 2-3 cups. Add the tomatoes and spring onions. When it comes to a boil, pour in the beaten egg slowy, stirring as you pour.
  • Turn of the fire and season according to your taste. Serve hot.
