White trash chicken wings

By Chili Cheese Fries

Ingredients

- 2 – 3 libras of chicken wing drummettes and flats
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup Crystal’s Hot Sauce
- 2 – 3 tablespoons Ted Readers Bone Dust BBQ rub (recipe found here) or your favorite rub
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon fresh sage, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons Tabasco® sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- salt to taste
- fresh ground black pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Toss the wings together with the olive oil, Crystal’s and bone dust in a large sealable container and allow to marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours but better yet, over night.

Step 2

Remove from fridge 30 minutes prior to grilling and rest at room temperature.

Step 3

Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill the wings until done. this may take about an hour depending on your grill, wind conditions, etc. Just be careful of flare ups! The wings are fatty and can go u pin flames in no time.

Step 4

Whisk the reaming ingredients together in a large bowl. Add the sauce to the wings in increments and toss just until coated.

Step 5

You don’t want to drench them in this sauce, just a nice coat.
