Manga Peraku (Mango Chutney)

Another one of those Mallu specialities made with raw mango and some basic ingredients. This can be served as part of a traditional mallu sadya or as a side dish with curd rice.
Ingredients

Raw Mango - 2 medium sized ones
Coconut - 1/2, grated
Curd- 5-6tbsp
Dry Red Chillies- 5
Mustard Seeds - 2tsp
Curry Leaves
Coconut oil
Salt to tastePeel and cut the raw mango into pieces. Grind together the mango, curd, coconut, mustard seeds (1tsp), dry red chillies (3) and saltHeat oil add mustard seeds. Once they begin to crackle, add the curry leaves and the remaining dry red chillies.Add the tadka to the ground mango-curd-coconut mixture
