Very Easy
It is very tasty and could be spiced up as to one`s choice and is easy.


Number of serving: 3
Raw mangoes – 1/4 to 1/2 cup that is peeled and chopped.

Grated Coconut – 1 cup

Green Chilies – 3-4 nos

Shallots ( small onions ) - 2-3

Ginger – 1/2 inch piece

Salt to taste.


  • In a wet grinder, put in all the ingredients.
  • Grind well, till all ingredients are mixed well and you get a smooth texture.
  • Serve with rice or spread along slices of bread for a quick snack.
  • Note – Make sure that you do not add water to get a perfect texture, or else it will be too watery.
