Mixed vegetable Sweet corn soup

This is soup recipe is what I generally make when feeling low or very good, as generally I don't make corn starch based soups (prefer to eat clear soups) but once in a while when I have cravings, then go for this creamy delight which is so easy to make.Sometimes when vegetable stock is available at hand I use it instead of water.
IngredientsMixed Vegetables (beans, carrot ,peas ) - 1/2 cup
Sweet corn grated fine - 2 tbsp
Milk powder 2 tbsp
Cornflour - 1 tsp
Water -2 Cups
Salt and pepper - to taste
Directions Boil the veggies until tender.
Mix cornflour and milk powder in 2 cups of water and boil it, it will start to thicken.
Now add boiled vegetables and let them boil for 2-3 minutes.
Season with salt and white pepper.Serve it hot.
