- Boil the almonds and pistachios separately, then peel and slice them. Set aside.
- Wash the apricots and boil till tender. Drain, remove the seeds and the apricots. Stir in the powdered sugar if required.
- Stir in the lightly beaten cream, and the sliced almonds and pistachios.
- Mix in the vanilla ice cream and chill till the time of serving.
