Ingredients

Number of serving: 4
400 g apricots

2 tablespoon powdered sugar

200 ml cream

100 g vanilla ice cream


100 g almonds

Preparation

  • Boil the almonds and pistachios separately, then peel and slice them. Set aside.
  • Wash the apricots and boil till tender. Drain, remove the seeds and the apricots. Stir in the powdered sugar if required.
  • Stir in the lightly beaten cream, and the sliced almonds and pistachios.
  • Mix in the vanilla ice cream and chill till the time of serving.
