Apricot clafoutis with grilled almonds

Toast the almond flakes in a hot pan for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set aside and let cool.
Wash and halve the apricots, then arrange them in a greased and floured cake pan.
In a bowl, combine the eggs, milk, and vanilla. In another bowl, mix the almond meal, flour, and 1/2 cup brown sugar. Combine both mixtures.
Melt the butter and incorporate it into the batter. Pour the batter over the apricots.
Sprinkle with the remaining brown sugar and the toasted almond flakes, then bake for 30-35 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
Your apricot and almond clafoutis is ready!
