Ingredients

1 shortbread pastry sheet ( or puff pastry )
10 apricots
3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup heavy cream
1 ounce powdered almonds
1 ounce butter
1 Tbsp flour
flaked almonds

In a bowl, mix together the eggs, the sugar, the flour, the powdered almonds, the cream, and add the melted butter.
Put the pastry sheet in a tart or a pie dish. Pour the batter in it.
Clean the apricots, and cut them in hald. Take the pit out, and arrange them in the batter.
Sprinkle with flaked almonds, and bake 45 minutes at 360°F. There you are !
