Want a nice summer tart ? Try out this easy and tasty recipe, where apricots become your best friends !

Ingredients

• 1 shortbread pastry sheet ( or puff pastry )
• 10 apricots
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2/3 cup heavy cream
• 1 ounce powdered almonds
• 1 ounce butter
• 1 Tbsp flour
• flaked almonds

Preparation

• In a bowl, mix together the eggs, the sugar, the flour, the powdered almonds, the cream, and add the melted butter.
• Put the pastry sheet in a tart or a pie dish. Pour the batter in it.
  
• Clean the apricots, and cut them in hald. Take the pit out, and arrange them in the batter.
• Sprinkle with flaked almonds, and bake 45 minutes at 360°F. There you are !
