  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  • Scrub and wash potatoes
  • Cut potatoes (including skin) into wedges by cutting each one into half, then cutting each half into four wedges, having a total of 8 wedges per potatoes.
  • Place into a bowl and add sliced onions.
  • Then add olive oil and seasoning and toss to coat.
  • Place potato wedges on greased baking sheet (I used parchment paper to line shee
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown
