Cut the sweet potatoes in halves and pour some lemon juice to prevent oxydation. Cut the flesh with a knife.
Combine olive oil, salt, pepper, herbs and chili powder. Baste the top of your sweet potatoes with this mix.
Put the sweet potatoes on a baking tray topped with a baking sheet and bake for 40 to 50 minutes (depending on the size or your sweet potatoes) at 350°F (180°C).
Prepare the Skyr sauce : Combine Skyr (or yogurt), salt, pepper, chopped chives, lemon juice and olive oil.
The sweet potaotes' flesh has to be tender. There you are, your side dish is ready !
