Preparation
- Wash, dry and cut the potatoes into chunks.
- In a bowl, mix the potato chunks with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Spray the air fryer tray with oil and then place the potato pieces in the tray. Spray again with oil.
*If you don't have oil spray, you can use a kitchen brush and a small amount of oil. Drizzle it on the fryer basket before adding the potatoes and a little more on the potatoes once they are in the fryer. - Cook the potatoes at 370°F (190°C) for 25 minutes in "Air Fry" mode.
*Halfway through the time, stir to ensure even browning on both sides.
