Oven roasted potatoes, the classic recipe

To accompany a delicious roast chicken, red meat or even fish, nothing could be easier to make than this accompaniment :-)

Preparation
- Start by washing and then cutting the potatoes into pieces.
- Transfer to a large salad bowl and mix with the olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Pour everything onto a baking tray covered with parchment paper.
- Add rosemary sprigs (this step is optional. You can also add whole garlic cloves).
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for approximately 40 minutes. Check the cooking, they should be tender inside.
- Remove from the oven and your potatoes are ready to serve!

You can store them for up to a week in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
What seasonings to add?
You can add salt, pepper but also other spices like paprika for example. If you want to add herbs, opt for rosemary or thyme, fresh or dried. Don’t hesitate to add whole, unpeeled garlic cloves to the dish!
