Ingredients

Number of serving: 4
-250 g butter

1-1/2 cup brown sugar

150 g white chocolate, chopped

200ml milk

-2 eggs, lightly beaten

2 cups flour

3 teaspoons baking powder

Preparation

  • Melt butter, sugar, milk and chocolate in a saucepan without boiling it.
  • Then transfer mixture into a big bowl and cool for 15 minutes.
  • Stir in egg, flour & baking powder and mix well.
  • Pour batter into a 8" tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake at preheated oven at 165-170'c for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  • Leave the cake cool 30mins before removing from the tray.
  • Finally, ganache with spreadable white chocolate.
