- Melt butter, sugar, milk and chocolate in a saucepan without boiling it.
- Then transfer mixture into a big bowl and cool for 15 minutes.
- Stir in egg, flour & baking powder and mix well.
- Pour batter into a 8" tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at preheated oven at 165-170'c for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Leave the cake cool 30mins before removing from the tray.
- Finally, ganache with spreadable white chocolate.
