Creamed Corn Bread
Preparation

Stir together the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and add the sour cream, corn and oil.

Combine the wet and dry ingredients together stirring just until combined. Pour into a greased 8X8 pan.

Top with grated cheese and bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted near the middle comes out clean.
