Ingredients

• 1 libra Lean Ground Beef
• 1 Egg
• 1/2 cup Oats
• 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
• 1/4 cup Diced Onions
• 1/2 teaspoon Salt
• 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Preparation

• Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
• Whisk the egg in a large bowl.
• Add all the other ingredients, and mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon.
• At this point, decide if you would like to use a muffin pan (9), mini loaf pans (5), or the old traditional large loaf pan.
  
• Whichever method you choose, divide the mixture evenly into your pan of choice. Bake in your preheated oven for 25 minutes.
• Flip them onto your plate with a salad and mashed potatoes, and I'd say you've got a pretty good dinner.
