Ingredients

• 2 onions
• 2 sticks of celery
• 2 carrots
• parsley
• 2 cloves garlic
• bread crumbs
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1 egg
• 2 teaspoons dry mustard
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 2 teaspoons black pepper
• 2 1/2 libras ground beef

Glaze:

• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
