Ingredients

Number of serving: 6
All Purpose Flour     180 gm(1.5 tablespoonless from 2 Cups)

Malai     1 Cup

Sugar Powder    1 Cup

Baking Powder     1/2 teaspoon

Baking Soda     1 teaspoon

Vanilla Essence/ Pineapple Essence  1 teaspoon

Milk     1/2 Cup or 3/4 Cup

Tooti-Fruity     1 tablespoon

Preparation

  • Sieve together flour, soda and baking powder. Keep aside.
  • Mix malai and sugar; keep aside for 5-10 min.. Don't batter too much.
  • Add essence and milk, batter it with hand mixture for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add tooti-fruity into it. Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan.5.
  • Bake it in a preheat oven at 210. C for 10 minutes.
  • Then reduce temperature to 150. C and bake for 30-35 minutes or till done.
  • Allow the cake to cool. Cut into pieces and SERVE.
