Sweet and soft white bread

Number of serving: 4
Bread flour - 3 to 4 cups

Full Cream Milk - 1/2 cup

water - 1/2 cup

Sugar - 1/3 cup

Yeast - 3/4 tbps

Salt - 3/4 tsp

Olive oil - 3 tbps can replace with butter

Honey - 1 tbps


  • Mix in salt sugar yeast honey and flour.
  • Mix milk and water together and heat it until luke warm.
  • Mix into the flour and knead until a soft dough if formed by adding oil in between. You will have yo knead for atleast 10 minutes.
  • Cover and allow to rise until double. Knock down the air and knead for 2 more minutes.
  • Place in well greased loaf pan and cover and allow to rise for 30-45 minutes until double.
  • Towards the rise time preheat the oven to 180 degreeC for 10 minutes. Bake for 30-35 minutes until done.
  • Remove from tin and cover with a clean towel and allow to cool down completely before slicing it.
  • Enjoy along with warm milk or home made mixed fruit jam.
