What's better than a pan of vegetables to accompany your dish? And since one of our favorite vegetables is zucchini, we decided to share our pan-cooked zucchini with you. It will be a perfect zero-waste recipe for your slightly damaged zucchini ;-)

1 drizzle of olive oil

Wash your courgettes and peel every other strip. Cut them into rounds and then into quarters.
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add your zucchini pieces. Salt, pepper and mix.
Cook for ten minutes while stirring occasionally.

Which zucchini to use?
