For a slightly grilled effect, nothing better than baking your zucchini in the oven! Cut into sticks, they almost look like little fries :-) A great tip for getting the whole family to eat vegetables! 1 zucchini
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of garlic powder
1 drizzle of olive oil

1 salad bowl

Wash your zucchini. If it's organic, keep the skin. If not, peel it.
Cut your zucchini into 3 lengthwise to cut each piece into sticks.
In a salad bowl, mix the zucchini pieces with the salt, olive oil and garlic powder.
Preheat your oven to 390°F (200°C).
On a baking tray covered with parchment paper, place your zucchini sticks and cook for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve. Enjoy!

Here we used long, green zucchini but don't hesitate to also use yellow ones which will add color to your plate. As for round zucchini, we advise you to keep them for stuffed zucchini preparations, they will be perfect.
