In just a few minutes, you can prepare a delicious, healthy accompaniment to your dishes by making zucchini in the Air Fryer! Perfect with barbecued meats, all you need is a drizzle of olive oil and a few spices. Here we've chosen herbes de Provence and garlic, but you can vary the spices and herbs of your choice :-)

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp herbes de Provence

Cut zucchinis into cubes.
Transfer the zucchinis to a salad bowl and add the olive oil, herbes de Provence, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Pour the zucchini mix into the Air Fryer tray and bake for 15 minutes at 350°F (180°C) (halfway through, open the basket and stir).
Your zucchinis cooked in the Air Fryer are ready!
