Zucchini fries cooked in air fryer
Looking for a healthier alternative to traditional French fries? These zucchini fries are for you! Rich in fiber and vitamins, they are cooked in the Air Fryer without the addition of unnecessary fat. The light, crispy breading gives them an irresistible texture, without compromising their healthiness. A perfect choice for a gourmet side dish without depriving yourself :-)

Preparation
- Cut the zucchini into several sections, then into sticks.
- Mix flour, Parmesan and panko breadcrumbs. Add salt, pepper, dried rosemary and garlic powder.
- Beat the eggs and dip a zucchini stick in to coat.
- Then coat the stick with the breadcrumb mixture and do the same with the other sticks.
- Lightly grease the air fryer tray with olive oil (we used a spray). Arrange the zucchini fries in the tray, well spaced apart, and apply a little more oil on top.
- Cook the fries for 10 minutes at 370°F (190°C) in "air fry" mode.
- Take it out of the tray and it's ready!

Store in a cool, airtight container for up to 3 days.
You can also store them in the freezer.

You can reheat them for a few minutes in the air fryer, in the frying pan or in the oven.

You can add spices such as paprika or cayenne pepper, or replace rosemary with herbes de Provence or oregano.
