Crunchy and easy French fries, that is what you'll get with this recipe!
Preparation

Peel and cut your potatoes into fries.

Dip them in a bowl of water for 5 minutes. Then dry them well.

Fry them once in the hot oil (285°F / 140°C) for 8 minutes. Take them out, and leave to cool down.

Then, fry them again (350°F/180°C) for 8 minutes. Take them out and add some salt.

There you are, your French fries are ready!
