Preparation

  • Step 1 - French fries
    Peel and cut your potatoes into fries.
  • Step 2 - French fries
    Dip them in a bowl of water for 5 minutes. Then dry them well.
  • Step 3 - French fries
    Fry them once in the hot oil (285°F / 140°C) for 8 minutes. Take them out, and leave to cool down.
  • Step 4 - French fries
    Then, fry them again (350°F/180°C) for 8 minutes. Take them out and add some salt.
  • Step 5 - French fries
    There you are, your French fries are ready!
