Preparation
- Peel and cut your potatoes into fries.
- Dip them in a bowl of water for 5 minutes. Then dry them well.
- Fry them once in the hot oil (285°F / 140°C) for 8 minutes. Take them out, and leave to cool down.
- Then, fry them again (350°F/180°C) for 8 minutes. Take them out and add some salt.
- There you are, your French fries are ready!
