- Put flour + salt + sugar + olive oil in a bowl.
- Mix warm water + dry yeast. Leave to rest for 10 min at room temperature.
- Pour the water + yeast mix in the bowl and knead.
When the dough is ready, leave to rest for 1 hour at room temperature. - Degas the dough and divide it in four. Spread the 4 doughs.
- Cook the breads in a hot pan during 3 minutes on each side at medium heat.
- There you are, your pita bread is ready !
