Preparation

  • Step 1 - Pita bread - no bake bread
    Put flour + salt + sugar + olive oil in a bowl.
  • Step 2 - Pita bread - no bake bread
    Mix warm water + dry yeast. Leave to rest for 10 min at room temperature.
  • Step 3 - Pita bread - no bake bread
    Pour the water + yeast mix in the bowl and knead.
    When the dough is ready, leave to rest for 1 hour at room temperature.
  • Step 4 - Pita bread - no bake bread
    Degas the dough and divide it in four. Spread the 4 doughs.
  • Step 5 - Pita bread - no bake bread
    Cook the breads in a hot pan during 3 minutes on each side at medium heat.
  • Step 6 - Pita bread - no bake bread
    There you are, your pita bread is ready !
