In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, and salt. Form a well, and add the eggs.
Mix, then add the vanilla extract and oil. If the mixture is too thick, add a little milk. Then, add the milk gradually.
Pour some batter into another bowl. Add the cocoa powder and mix. Cover both bowls with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Heat a crepe pan. Form a ball with 2 paper towels and dip it in a ramekin with oil. Grease the crepe pan. Pour some chocolate batter, making designs, then cover with vanilla batter.
Cook for about 2 minutes, then flip the crepe and cook for 1 minute. To vary the colors, you can also make designs with vanilla batter and then cover with chocolate batter.
And there you have it, your marble crepes are ready!
Observations
You can make sweeter or less sweet crepes according to your taste. The unsweetened cocoa can be replaced with sweetened cocoa powder or melted chocolate.
