Preparation

Peel and cut the pears into small cubes (remove the seeds).

Put pears + water + cinnamon in a pan. Stir then bring to a boil.
Cook on low heat during about 30 minutes.

Mash the pears and leave to cool down. There you are, your pear and cinnamon purée is ready !
Observations:
You can replace cinnamon with vanilla and pears with apples.
