Peel and core the pears.
Cut them into pieces.Put the pears, water, and cinnamon in a saucepan.
Stir, then bring to a boil.
Cook on low heat for about 30 minutes (until the pears are very soft).Once cooked, mash the pears. Let the purée cool down, then enjoy. Bon appétit!
