Peel the apple, slice it and "cook" it in the microwave for 1 min and 30 sec.
Cut your Camembert in half.
Put the apple slices in the middle
Add honey, pepper and Provencal herbs
Close the Camembert, wrap it in aluminium foil and let in the fridge for around 15 minutes.
Unroll the puff pastry and put the camembert (without the foil) in the center. Cut the pastry in 6, leaving a 2 inches margin around the cheese
Fold the pastry on the cheese
Apply egg on it and bake for 20 minutes at 380°F. Here you are !
