Preparation

  • Step 1 - Croissant sandwich
    Soft boiled eggs :
    Cook your eggs in boiling water for 5 minutes. Immediately transfer into a bowl with cold water.
  • Step 2 - Croissant sandwich
    Cut the avocado into strips and the croissant in half.
  • Step 3 - Croissant sandwich
    Put some baby spinach leaves on the bottom of the croissant. Add the smoked salmon slice on top.
  • Step 4 - Croissant sandwich
    Put the avocado slices on top and then the peeled soft boiled egg.
  • Step 5 - Croissant sandwich
    Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top and close the sandwich with the top of the croissant.
  • Step 6 - Croissant sandwich
    There you are, your croissant sandwich is ready for brunch !
