The perfect sandwich for a brunch !

- Soft boiled eggs :
Cook your eggs in boiling water for 5 minutes. Immediately transfer into a bowl with cold water. - Cut the avocado into strips and the croissant in half.
- Put some baby spinach leaves on the bottom of the croissant. Add the smoked salmon slice on top.
- Put the avocado slices on top and then the peeled soft boiled egg.
- Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top and close the sandwich with the top of the croissant.
- There you are, your croissant sandwich is ready for brunch !
