Schezwan pasta

Simple and easy pasta recipe.


Number of serving: 4
Pasta - 1 pkt – 250 gm

Carrots Sliced – 1/2 cup

Cabbage Sliced – 1/2 cup

Green bell pepper sliced – 1/2 cup

Onions thinly sliced – 1/2 cup

Tomato Sauce – 2-3 tbsp

Schezwan Stir fry Sauce - 3 tsp

Coriander leaves – 1/2 cup

Mint leaves – just a few


Pepper Powder -

Oil - 2-3 tbsp

Water – 3-4 cups


  • Boil water, pinch of salt and 2 tsp oil. To this add the pasta and let it cook till soft. When done, drain immediately and run in cold water. Keep this aside.
  • In a deep pan, add some oil. When hot, add in the onions, bell pepper, carrots cabbage and little salt and leave it covered on low flame for about 5 mins or till carrots are soft and tender. Since they are very thin, this would not take long.
  • To this add the Schezwan Sauce, Tomato sauce, 3/4 cup chopped coriander leaves and the mint leaves and stir.
  • Then add the cooked pasta, pepper powder, and salt if required and give a thorough mix till all blend well.
  • Garnish with the remaining coarinder leaves and serve hot with additional sauce if required.
