Schezwan pasta

- Boil water, pinch of salt and 2 tsp oil. To this add the pasta and let it cook till soft. When done, drain immediately and run in cold water. Keep this aside.
- In a deep pan, add some oil. When hot, add in the onions, bell pepper, carrots cabbage and little salt and leave it covered on low flame for about 5 mins or till carrots are soft and tender. Since they are very thin, this would not take long.
- To this add the Schezwan Sauce, Tomato sauce, 3/4 cup chopped coriander leaves and the mint leaves and stir.
- Then add the cooked pasta, pepper powder, and salt if required and give a thorough mix till all blend well.
- Garnish with the remaining coarinder leaves and serve hot with additional sauce if required.
