You read the title right. To take out all the fat out of our brownies, we replaced it with...zucchini! And it was pretty delicious! Have a try and tell us what you thought about it!

  • Zucchini brownies - Preparation step 1Put the egg whites aside, and add the sugar to the yolks. Whisk well. Add the cornstarch and the salt.
