Hi there I have just the perfect thing to brighten your day! Sweet Blueberry Green Smoothie Sweet, silky, and loaded with antioxidants, this gorgeous green smoothie is the perfect afternoon pick me up. Ingredients: 1/2 c Silk unsweetened almond milk 1/4 c blueberries, frozen 2 cups spinach (preferably organic) 1/2 frozen banana 4 ice cubes 1 tbsp chia seed 1 tbsp psyllium husk 1/2 scoop protein (life’s basics unsweetened) pinch NuNaturals stevia powder Directions: Combine ingredients except chia seeds in a blender and blend until smooth. Sprinkle with chia seeds and sip away! Serves 1
