BOLITAS DE ARROZ CON SÉSAMO Y UMEBOSHI

PARA 12 BOLITAS


200 gr arroz integral


8 cucharadas sésamo tostado


400 gr de alubias rojas lavadas y escurridas


2 cucharadas de pasta umeboshi


4 cucharadas de jugo de limón


salsa tamari


Calentar el horno a 180 grados y forrar la bandeja con papel vegetal. Hervir agua en una cazuela grande y echar el arroz y cocerlo durante 30 minutos. Escurrirlo y lavarlo con agua fria. Poner el arroz, las judías, la pasta umeboshi y el jugo de limón en una batidora y batirlo hasta obtener una pasta. hacer bolitas del tamaño de una nuez, y rodarlas luego por las semillas de sésamo, colocarlas en la bandeja de horno y asarlas 15 minutos.


Servirlas con la salsa tamari.
