Carrot Soup Recipe

Carrot Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

5 carrots

2 teaspoons butter

1 teaspoon garlic

2 tomatoes

6 Tsp Milk

Salt and pepper to taste


Directions:

Scrape and grate carrots.

Boil the carrots until they are raw smell goes.

Boil the tomatoes in water to remove the skin.

Remove the seeds and skin of tomatoes too.

Mix together tomatoes, carrots and garlic.

Melt butter and add to mixture.

Cook for a few minutes.

Add milk and cook the mixture for 10 minutes.

Add the pepper powder and salt.

Enjoy!
