Raw Rice - 1 cup (raw rice or idli rice )
Home made Yogurt-2 cups
Salt to taste
For Seasoning:-
Green Chillies-7 nos (cut to small pieces)
Red chillies-1 nos
Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
Mustard Seeds-1/2 tsp
Hing-1/2 tsp
Curry leaves-few
Oil-1 tsp
Oil for spray
Method:-
Soak the rice in water for 6 to 7 hours.













Heat the skillet and pour a ladle full of batter starting from the edges in circular way. 





serve hot with chutney or without chutney also its good.
