Dry Bhindi ( Okra ) vegetable

Ingredients :- 
1/2 kg lady's finger (okra/bhindi)1 big Onion 2 tsp Cumin seeds1 Tomato1/2 tsp Turmeric powder1 tsp Coriander powder1 tsp chilli powdersalt according to taste1 tsp cooking oilMethod :-
Wash and cut Okra (Bhindi) in 4-5 pieces each. Don't wash it after cutting, it will make the preparation very gooey.Heat oil in a pan add cumin on it till brown, now add chopped onion and fry till slightly brownAdd diced Okra and fry for some timeAdd turmeric powder, coriander powder.Cover and simmer it for 15 minAdd tomatoes and saltCook anther 10 min on low flame.Its ready to serve.
