1/2 kg or 1.1 libra BonlessChicken

1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder

1/4 teaspoon Tumeric Powder

1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste

1/4 teaspoon Gram Masala

1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder

4 teaspoons Oil

3 tablespoons , finely chopped Coriander

3 tablespoons , finely chopped Mint

Salt to taste


  • In a large non-stick saucepan/Khadhai at medium heat, add oil and chicken stir for 15-20 minutes to golden brown.
  • Reduce the heat and add ginger garlic paste,Red chilli powder, turmeric and mix well.
  • Now after a couple of minutes add salt, Gram masala powder,Black pepper powder mix well.
  • Do not cook on a high heat,simmer heat and cover the pan leave till done.
  • Add Lemon Mix well and stir for 5 minutes and the dish is done.
  • Garnished with fresh coriander leaves and mint leaves .
