Fish Tikka Shashlik Ingredients ½ kg Beckti boneless fish1 Onion cut in cubes 1 Capsicum cut in cubes 2 Tomatoes cut in cubes 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Chili powder 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp White cumin roasted and crushed 1 tbsp Lemon juice ½ tsp All spice 2 tbsp Oil Ingredients for Bar B Q Sauce 2 Green chilies chopped 4 Green chilies finely chopped 1 tsp Sugar 1 tsp Chili powder ½ tsp Salt ½ tsp Garlic paste 2 tbsp Vinegar 4 tbsp Ketchup Method for Sauce In a pan cook together 2 tbsp vinegar, ½ tsp garlic, 4 finely chopped green chilies, 1 tsp sugar, 4 tbsp ketchup, ½ tsp salt and 1 tsp chili powder for 10 minutes, remove from fire and keep aside.Method for Fish Tikka, Marinate ½ kg boneless fish cubes with 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Chili powder, 1 tsp Ginger garlic, 1 tsp roasted and crushed White cumin, 1 tbsp Lemon juice and ½ tsp All spice, also mix 1 Onion cut in cubes, 2 Tomatoes cut in cubes, 1 Capsicum cut in cubes. Put fish pieces on skewers alternating with pieces of onion, tomato and capsicum. Grill, Bar BQ or bake brushing with BBQ sauce. related searches : Fish
