- First marinate the whole fish / fish fillets with above ingredients and keep in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- 1) Make a chutney with above ingredients and marinate fish again with green chutney and refrigerate for another 30 minutes.
- 2) Check the seasoning and then heat a thick- bottomed griddle / hot plate on medium heat and grill these marinated fish fillets / whole red snapper using a little oil.
- Grill each side for about 3 minutes.
- To serve spread on a platter and garnish it with lemon wedges and onion rings. Sprinkle chaat masala on top of the fish.
