i'm glad i have a recipe to offer this spot. although i don't think you can really call it a recipe at all because well, i think everyone knows how to make fried rice. but it's a quick and simple meal to prepare, and very filling as well. i randomly took anything i could find out of the fridge that belonged to nick, justin and i and made this. my mum would probably laugh at my effort but oh well!
