Ingredients:
700g Lala Clams - soaked and rinsed a couple of times.
1 inch ginger - sliced into thin stripes
5 garlic - sliced thinly
5 chilly padi/birds eye chillies - sliced into 3-4 pieces (can be replaced with red chillies)
2 sprigs curry leaves
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp brown sugar
salt to taste

Preparation:
Into the clams, add all the rest of the ingredients and very gently stir all together.
Steam until the shells opens up, indicating that the clams are already cooked.
Remove and serve immediately.
Note: the one hour preparation is for cleaning and soaking the clams.
