Mashed Kappa (Tapioca)
Ingredients: Kappa (Tapioca) - 1 kilo Turmeric Powder - 1/2 t spoon Chilly Powder - 1/2 t spoon Salt - to taste Dried Red Chilly - 3 no.s Mustard Seeds - 1/2 t spoon Curry leaves - 1 sprig Cooking oil - 1 table spoon Preparation: Boil kappa(Tapioca) in wide opened vessel with enough water, salt, turmeric, chilly powder and cover it with a lid.Once cooked lower the flame and mash the kappas well.Heat a pan and add oil. Splutter mustard seeds. Then add dried red chilly & curry leaves.Transfer these contents to the cooked kappas..Ready to serve with chutney. related searches : Mashed
