Pazham pori

Ingredients:

2 Ripe Banana

1/2 cup Maida
2 tsp Rice powder
3 tsp Sugar
1 pinch Turmeric powder
1 pinch Baking soda
1 pinch salt
Oil

How to prepare:

Peel the banana and cut it into two pieces.Again cut it to 3 thin pieces in lengthwise.
Mix maida,rice powder,sugar,turmeric,baking soda and salt well.Slowly add water and make a thick batter  with out any lumps.Dip each banana pieces in the batter and  fry well.
