Seafood Pasta
Hubby and I saw a small squid, not sure if its a baby squid or a bobtail squid, it was at the sashimi section of the grocery store. We used half of the pack for the pasta, some were eaten with wasabi as part of being a squid for sashimi, and the others are left sitting in the fridge. For the love of clams and hubby`s love of prawns..and again no allergic reactions from it, maybe because of the sake, also added some fresh button mushroom, it was white, and turned brown when cooked, it was our first time using that kind of mushroom (that`s why we are to anxious to taste it and include it on our first dish) and it tastes good compared to canned and packed mushrooms.Hubby also made some vegetable square pizza, which we`ll share next week together with other squares. The recipe is similar to our asari pasta, just added prawns and squid to it.. Ingredients 200g pasta, cooked as per package direction 3 cloves garlic, chopped 5 pcs chili flakes 200g clams 100g prawns 50g squid 3 pcs fresh button mushrooms handful of fresh parsley, finely chopped 1/2 cup sake 5tbsp olive oil salt pepper Procedure: 1. Saute garlic, chili flakes and mushrooms in olive oil 2. Add clams, prawns and squid 3. Add sake, parsley, salt and pepper 4. Let it simmer until clams opens, shrimp turned orange and squid to violet. Note: Make Sure that you Clean Clams and Squid and Devein Prawns before cooking. related searches : Seafood
