What's better than a pan of vegetables to accompany your dish? And since one of our favorite vegetables is zucchini, we decided to share our pan-cooked zucchini with you. It will be a perfect zero-waste recipe for your slightly damaged zucchini ;-)

Ingredients

1 zucchini
1 drizzle of olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Cook time10 min

Wash your courgettes and peel every other strip. Cut them into rounds and then into quarters.
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add your zucchini pieces. Salt, pepper and mix.
Cook for ten minutes while stirring occasionally.

Observations

Which zucchini to use?
Long green or yellow zucchini but also round ones if you wish. However, be aware that the rounds will still be better and more suitable for stuffed vegetable recipes ;-)

What herbs and spices to season my zucchini?
Here we simply used salt and pepper but don't hesitate to let what you want! Garlic powder, onions, Provence herbs, curry, thyme. Up to you !
