What if we replaced the usual potato chips with some zucchini? A nice and easy recipe for a healthier snack!

Clean the zucchini and cut it into thin slices.
Put the slices in a bowl with the flour and mix well until the flour coats the zucchini. Do the same with the beaten eggs.
Arrange the zucchini slices on a work surface and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Turn them over and repeat the process.
Fry the zucchini in hot olive oil until they are golden brown.
And there you have it, your zucchini chips are ready!
Observations
Zucchini: can be replaced with other vegetables. Ideal for varying flavors :-)
Oven version: drizzle your chips with a little olive oil and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.
