What if we replaced the usual potato chips with some zucchini? A nice and easy recipe for a healthier snack!

  • Zucchini chips - Preparation step 1Clean the zucchini and cut it into thin slices.
  • Zucchini chips - Preparation step 2Put the slices in a bowl with the flour and mix well until the flour coats the zucchini. Do the same with the beaten eggs.
  • Zucchini chips - Preparation step 3Arrange the zucchini slices on a work surface and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Turn them over and repeat the process.
  • Zucchini chips - Preparation step 4Fry the zucchini in hot olive oil until they are golden brown.
  • Zucchini chips - Preparation step 5And there you have it, your zucchini chips are ready!

Observations

Zucchini: can be replaced with other vegetables. Ideal for varying flavors :-)

Oven version: drizzle your chips with a little olive oil and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.
