Frozen salmon patties saves the day! Again.



So easy,  so tasty, and oh so bento-able!  Did I just make up a new word?!


This year’s span  between Thanksgiving and Christmas Day is only four weeks!  Yikes!  We are busy.

So without delay, here’s today’s featured bento.


Simmereed salmon patties in ginger, shoyu mirin, sake!


Brown rice with sesame salt furikake, and a bright yellow takuan slice for crunch.

Roasted red bell peppers.


I’m so glad that Saba Man loves salmon.  Even in patty form.
