Stir-fry teriyaki udon
![]() Ingredients: 150 gm fresh udon - soaked in cold water and drain 20 gm fresh chicken meat - marinade with dash of salt and pepper for 10 minutes 15 gm carrot slices 15 gm chikuwa pieces 15 gm fishcake 15 gm shitake mushroom (Enoki mushroom is good too) 1 beaten egg For Homemade Teriyaki sauce (mix evenly) 30 ml tamari (Japanese soy sauce) 2 tbsp mirin 2 tsp sugar Method 1)In a non-stick pan, spray some cooking spray onto the pan. 2) Fry the chicken meat until evenly brown. 3) Put carrots, chikuwa and fishcake into the pan and fry for half a minute. 4) Add in fresh udon and fry for one minute. 5) Pour in the teriyaki sauce and allow the noodles to absorb the sauce. 6) You can add more sauce if you like. 7) When the noodles is cook, add in beaten egg and stir slowly. 8) Dish up and serve immediately. related searches : Stir
