Blue cheese dip

1 cup crumbled blue cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup milk

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

1 Tablespoon lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Broiled chicken

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

3 pounds chicken wings, tips discarded if desired (approx. 18 wings)

Seasoned Butter:

3 Tablespoons butter

1/4 cup hot pepper sauce

Garnish :

1 medium bunch celery, cut into sticks


  • Preheat broiler. Combine blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, milk, parsley, lemon juice, and 1?4 teaspoon salt. Cover and refrigerate.
  • Arrange chicken wings on rack in broiling pan; sprinkle with remaining 1?4 teaspoon salt and black pepper.
  • Broil 5 inches from heat source for 10 minutes. Turn wings and broil 10 to 15 minutes longer, or until golden.
  • While chicken is broiling - in small saucepan, melt butter with hot pepper sauce over low heat, stirring occasionally. Keep hot.
  • When wings are done - toss chicken wings with seasoned butter to coat all sides.
  • Serve chicken wings and celery on a platter with the blue cheese sauce.
