3rd baking: cereal butter cake

Ingredients

• 250 gm butter
• 140 gm Castor sugar
• 1 tbsp honey
• 220 gm self raising flour
• 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
• 4 omega-3 eggs
• Nestum cereal 60gm
• 150 ml fresh milk

Preparation

• Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease the sides and base.
• Beat butter, sugar and honey until light and fluffy.
• Add eggs one at a time beating well after addition.
• Add Nestum and mix well.
• Fold in the sifted flour and baking soda to mix.
• Pour in milk and stir to mix.
• Bake in the preheat oven for 45 minutes.
